YIN YOGA
Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga with postures, or asanas, that are held for longer periods of time. It is designed to help you sit longer, and more comfortably, in meditation by stretching connective tissue around the joints.
VINYASA YOGA
Vinyasa Yoga is a style of yoga characterized by flowing postures together so that you move from one to another, seamlessly, using breath. Commonly referred to as “flow” yoga, it is sometimes confused with “power yoga“.
MEDITATION
Meditation is a practice where an individual uses a technique – such as mindfulness, or focusing the mind on a particular object, thought, or activity – to train attention and awareness, and achieve a mentally clear and emotionally calm and stable state.
