My own journey with yoga began nearly a decade ago when I became a new mum to my eldest son. Overwhelmed and exhausted, I stumbled upon a short yoga class on YouTube, and I loved it immediately!
Yoga became the much-needed respite for my body and mind and since that day, I have made yoga a part of my daily routine, reaping its incredible benefits.
Yoga cleared and soothed my tired mind, providing me with a sense of calm and clarity. Simultaneously, it helped me build strength and flexibility, transforming my physical well-being.
These personal revelations inspired me to embark on a Yoga Teacher Training, and now I am eager to share these transformative benefits with you!
